Description:

Residential treatment program designed to facilitate independence in the community for patients with moderate to severe disability related to acquired neurologic injury (traumatic brain injury and non-traumatic brain injury). For veterans and active duty service members. This program provides a daily therapy schedule, groups with peers, living on the hospital campus (making it easier for medical referrals as needed) and an opportunity to develop independent living skills and community reintegration skills in a supportive environment.
