Brain Injury Connections of the Shenandoah Valley (BICSV) services are designed to maximize an individual’s independence in the community. Case Management is client-centered and client-driven: clients are empowered to create their own goals and to make their own decisions. BICSV Case Managers provide critical services including: brain injury education, housing solutions, transportation solutions, job preparation and connection to other support services. Service area includes: Shenandoah, Page, Rappahannock, Rockingham, Augusta, Highland, Bath and Rockbridge counties. For children, teens and adults.
