Creative therapy solutions grounded in science through the following therapies: music, art, play, and dance movement. Therapies may be provided in groups or individually in our office or in collaboration with community organizations. Licensed therapists provide support for all mental health needs.
Expressive arts therapy services, such as music and art therapy, for people with traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury may decrease depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. FREE thanks to a grant from the Virginia Commonwealth Neurotrauma Initiative (CNI) until March 2027.
