Description:

Community-based residences for individuals with brain injury or spinal cord injury. Limited support provided by case manager and night monitor. Residents need to be able to participate in their own care, learn independent living skills, be drug and alcohol free and have some involvement in a daily productive activity (e.g., work, clubhouse, etc). Candidates cannot require more than six hours of personal care assistance daily, have no or little behavioral issues and meet income eligibility requirements. For adults.
